Frontend Developer, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Create innovative user-facing features and develop reusable UI components and libraries.

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs while optimizing applications for performance and scalability.

• Uphold coding standards and engage in peer code reviews.

• Work closely with design and backend teams to improve the web application.

• Transform intricate Figma designs into CSS/JavaScript code using React and integrate with backend services.

• Maintain and enhance existing codebases.

• Lead automated testing initiatives by writing and maintaining scripts using Cypress, Playwright, and Storybook.

• Tackle performance and scalability challenges.

• Ensure the application meets consistent quality and reliability standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience in JavaScript and its core concepts.

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience with TypeScript.

• At least 5 years of experience working with React and Single-Page Applications (SPA).

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in HTML5 and CSS3.

• Over 3 years of hands-on experience with GraphQL and Apollo.

• More than 2 years of experience in modern CSS/SCSS/Less/CSS-in-JS development.

• Strong background with visual regression tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Storybook, Chromatic, or similar.

• Experience with Ant Design or TailwindCSS is preferred.

• Excellent communication abilities, a collaborative spirit, and a service-oriented approach.

• A genuine passion for software development.

• Capability to take ownership of projects.

• Must be available in the Europe - CET (+1/-1) region.

• Nice to have: experience with Chart.js, Google Charts, AWS technologies, or React Native.
