Frontend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert technical assistance to ensure the optimal performance of the client application

• Offer support for development, enhancements, accessibility, integration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance

• Guarantee the availability and proper functioning of the application

• Participate in a sprint-based development cycle

• Apply expertise in the AWS cloud environment, Python backend, and TypeScript front-end

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in frontend development

• Bachelor’s Degree (or 3 additional years of relevant experience in place of a degree)

• Proficient in modern techniques and frameworks (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design)

• Skilled in JavaScript development with adherence to modern standards, tools, frameworks, and libraries

• Familiarity with Section 508 compliance and WCAG standards

• Experience utilizing accessibility testing tools (both automated and manual)

• Ability to consume RESTful APIs

• Experience with agile methodologies

• Proficient in version control systems

• Capable of creating web layouts from static images and views, as well as templates in full-stack frameworks
