Front-End Product Engineer – UX, Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and create modern, sleek, responsive interfaces that simplify advanced AI functionalities for everyday business users.

• Convert user requirements into workflows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and applications ready for production.

• Develop reusable components, templates, design systems, and configuration options for customizable user interfaces.

• Collaborate directly with clients to comprehend workflows, quickly prototype solutions, collect feedback, and enhance user experiences.

• Connect front-end interfaces with APIs, business data, agent workflows, and Chiri Brain's security and governance features.

• Utilize AI-assisted design and coding tools to expedite the delivery process.

• Work alongside engineering teams and company leadership to create scalable patterns for both Chiri's core product and client-specific applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in building production web applications utilizing React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and contemporary frameworks such as Next.js.

• Proven expertise in UX/UI design, which includes user flows, interaction design, visual hierarchy, responsive layouts, and usability.

• Capability to produce high-quality designs and prototypes with Figma or similar tools, and the ability to independently convert those designs into functional software.

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, modern styling frameworks, and reusable component architecture.

• Experience in developing design systems and component libraries that facilitate consistent, maintainable interfaces.

• Proficiency in integrating front-end applications with REST APIs, authentication systems, and back-end services.

• Knowledge of secure application design, permissions, and the requirements of multi-tenant business applications.

• Practical experience with AI-assisted development workflows and the ability to discern quickly generated code from production-quality software.

• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to engage directly with customers and non-technical stakeholders.

• A portfolio showcasing both outstanding visual design and practical engineering execution.

• Experience with Python or C#/.NET back-end development is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with Azure or AWS, SQL/PostgreSQL, and cloud application architecture is a notable plus.

• Experience with Terraform, Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing is highly advantageous.

• Knowledge of AI applications, LLM APIs, agent-based workflows, and conversational interfaces is a valuable plus.

• Experience in building highly configurable or white-label SaaS products is a strong asset.

• Experience with generative UI, AI-powered application builders, or tools like Lovable, v0, and Cursor is a notable plus.

• Experience in establishing front-end architecture, design standards, or technical direction for a growing engineering team is a significant advantage.
