Front-End Developer, Shopify

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to create scalable, accessible, and high-performing features for customers.

• Design and maintain Shopify themes utilizing Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Online Store 2.0.

• Construct reusable sections, blocks, templates, and theme components adhering to Shopify's best practices.

• Convert Figma designs into responsive, accessible, and production-ready user experiences.

• Enhance performance, accessibility, and the overall user experience.

• Create integrations leveraging Shopify's native capabilities and Storefront APIs when suitable.

• Engage in code reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams within an Agile framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Front-End development.

• Strong practical knowledge of Shopify, Liquid, and Online Store 2.0.

• Familiarity with Shopify Plus, Metafields, Metaobjects, and theme architecture.

• High proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), responsive development, and modern front-end best practices.

• Experience with GraphQL/Storefront API.

• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and front-end performance optimization techniques.

• Experience using Git and working collaboratively in Agile teams.

• Excellent English communication skills.
