Front-end Developer – Mid-level, Conversational AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and set up intents, entities, and conversational pathways in Dialogflow.

• Create engaging conversational experiences utilizing generative AI (including prompts and playbooks).

• Design conversational interfaces centered around natural language processing (NLP).

• Connect the chatbot to various platforms (such as web, mobile applications, WhatsApp, etc.).

• Enhance the performance of the bot and improve the precision of its interactions.

• Continuously refine the user experience based on analytics and actual usage data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Dialogflow (CX or ES).

• Proficiency in designing conversational flows (including intents, entities, and contexts).

• Familiarity with generative AI in relation to chatbots (including prompt design and playbooks).

• Understanding of natural language processing (NLP).

• Experience with chatbot integration across various channels.

• Capability to design user journeys and conversational user experiences (UX).
