Front End Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of platform functionalities within the Digital Core for real-time processing, analytics, and structured workflows.

• Create and execute the front-end layer of the application utilizing contemporary UI design principles.

• Implement technologies that enhance UI maintainability, performance, and overall user experience.

• Collaborate with the solution development team to ensure integration of application layers.

• Interact with Operations stakeholders in cross-functional hybrid teams.

• Contribute to skill-aligned chapter frameworks throughout the Digital Operations platform.

• Perform code reviews and conduct software testing.

• Engage in application architecture, design, and various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Establish operational controls and procedures to transition software safely from testing to production.

• Collaborate within the Operations IT Technology team in the Investment Bank.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Software Development.

• More than 3 years of expertise in JavaScript (ES6).

• Proficient in React / Redux.

• Knowledge of TypeScript is preferred.

• Experience with CSS preprocessors such as LESS / SASS.

• Strong software design skills and understanding of JavaScript design patterns.

• Familiar with REST API / WebSocket technologies.

• Understanding of CI / CD tools (TeamCity / Jenkins).

• Experience with version control systems like Git / GitHub.

• Ability to thrive in an Agile-based SDLC environment.

• Capability to learn new technologies and frameworks autonomously.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Strong motivation, adaptability, analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in time management and able to work independently.
