• Oversee and regulate user-generated content on social media platforms to ensure adherence to community guidelines.

• Evaluate intricate digital safety concerns and address potential risks to enhance the social media user experience.

• Carefully assess reports of policy infractions, including sensitive material, with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve safety policies and reporting processes in a dynamic environment.

• Uphold high quality standards while achieving daily operational goals within the trust and safety division.

• Remain informed about trending topics on social media and emerging digital safety risks to offer proactive protection.

• Generate comprehensive documentation of moderation efforts to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Native or fluent French (both spoken and written) is essential.

• A valid EU passport is necessary for all applicants seeking roles in Bulgaria.

• Strong command of English is required for effective communication within a diverse, international team.

• Capacity to maintain concentration and emotional resilience while evaluating digital content.
