This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• We are seeking a systems-oriented individual who takes pleasure in enhancing and executing 'best practice' sales methodologies.
• In your daily activities, you will collaborate with sales teams of varying sizes from Huble's clientele, gaining insights into their sales workflows and, more critically, optimizing their current operations through the HubSpot platform and other sales enablement tools.
• The HubSpot Sales Consultant position is a client-facing role that entails providing consultancy, training, and the implementation of Sales & New Business best practices and processes, along with the optimal setup and use of HubSpot Sales and CRM tools.
• You will spearhead the successful transformation of sales technology and processes within client organizations and at Huble.
• Your role will involve delivering exemplary consultancy and strategies regarding Sales Operations and the deployment and optimization of HubSpot Sales & CRM for clients.
• You will comprehend client growth goals and refine their sales processes utilizing HubSpot Automation & Sales Enablement tools.
• You will recommend solutions for enhancing or configuring technology and strategy.
• A comprehensive understanding of sales enablement tools and their significance in a salesperson’s workflow is essential.
• You should be knowledgeable about how sales technology integrations function and their importance.
• Staying updated on emerging sales technologies in the marketplace is crucial.
• Part of your responsibilities will include ensuring that Sales Hub tools are fully utilized by Huble’s clients and that their sales processes are supported by these tools.
• We welcome candidates without Sales Hub experience if they can clearly showcase analytical, process-driven thinking regarding sales workflows and a willingness to quickly learn Sales Hub.
• Demonstrated experience with reporting tools to extract meaningful insights is necessary.
• The position requires consistently creating dashboards and reports for various stakeholders, including sales management, sales teams, or finance departments.
• You must possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable training large sales teams and C-Suite executives on newly established sales processes.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Strategy (e.g., BComm Honours, BBusSci in Marketing, Masters in Marketing or Business, Business Analyst).
• Full certification in HubSpot Sales 1 & 2, along with three additional HubSpot certifications.
• Relevant sales certifications or courses.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience using HubSpot (or a similar CRM/Marketing Automation platform).
• At least 3 years in a senior sales role, encompassing knowledge of:
• - Sales team structures
• - Sales processes and methodologies
• - Sales analytics
• - Forecasting
• - Sales reporting
• - Sales strategy
• - Significant involvement with technologies that facilitate improved sales processes.
• A solid understanding of HubSpot or equivalent platforms (e.g., SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Practical experience with sales tools, methodologies, and practices.
• A technical mindset and the ability to understand our technology stack, including HubSpot, etc.
