This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• We seek a systems thinker who revels in refining and executing 'best practice' sales procedures.
• On a daily basis, you will collaborate with various sales teams from Huble's clients, gaining insights into their sales processes and, more importantly, enhancing their current practices by utilizing the HubSpot platform along with other sales enablement tools.
• You should possess expertise in 'Sales Operations.' The HubSpot Sales Consultant role is client-facing, where you will provide consultancy, training, and implementation of Sales & New Business best practices and processes, in addition to effectively setting up and utilizing the HubSpot Sales and CRM tools.
• You will drive successful sales technology and process transformations within client organizations and at Huble.
• Delivering ‘best-in-class’ consultancy and strategy on Sales Operations as well as HubSpot Sales & CRM deployment and optimization for clients is essential.
• Comprehend client growth objectives and refine their sales processes using HubSpot Automation & Sales Enablement tools.
• Propose enhancements for technology and strategy configuration.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Strategy (e.g., BComm Honours, BBusSci in Marketing, Master's in Marketing or Business, Business Analyst).
• Full certification in HubSpot Sales 1 & 2, along with 3 additional HubSpot certifications.
• Relevant sales certifications or courses.
• Over 2 years of experience using HubSpot (or a similar CRM/Marketing Automation platform).
• At least 3 years of experience in a senior sales role, including knowledge of:
• Sales team structures.
• Sales processes and methodologies.
• Sales analytics.
• Forecasting.
• Sales reporting.
• Sales strategy.
• Significant involvement in technologies that enhance sales processes.
• A solid understanding of HubSpot or equivalent platforms (e.g., SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Practical experience with sales tools, methodologies, and practices.
• Technically inclined with the capacity to understand our technology stack, including HubSpot.
