French or Italian Customer Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Deliver prompt and friendly support to Italian-speaking customers through email, chat, and phone channels.

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts, billing matters, technical troubleshooting, and general support related to our streaming platform.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with streaming devices, account access, and content playback.

• Inform customers about product features, available content, and subscription options to enhance their streaming experience.

• Accurately document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Technical Support and Content Management, to escalate complex issues and deliver comprehensive solutions.

• Keep informed about product updates, new features, and industry trends to better assist customers and effectively meet their needs.

• Proficient in French OR Italian and English, with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Prior experience in customer support or a similar field, ideally in a remote or digital setting.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and adeptness at troubleshooting technical issues efficiently.

• Comfortable working remotely and autonomously, with reliable internet access and an appropriate workspace.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

• Flexible availability to accommodate various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
