📋 Description

• Edit and assess machine-translated customer service content with exceptional accuracy and consistency.

• Assess the quality of machine translation output and apply severity ratings as necessary, adhering to project guidelines.

• Generate high-quality human translations to serve as reference data for model training and quality assessment.

• Adhere to established style guides, tone specifications, and terminology requirements.

• Detect and report recurring issues related to machine translation quality and batch-level trends.

• Native-level proficiency in French (Canada) along with strong English language skills.

• Background in translation, localization, or post-editing of machine translation.

• Knowledge of machine translation quality assessment and error detection.
