Freight Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee international shipments from start to finish across multiple transport modes (air, sea, road, or rail), ensuring prompt and efficient delivery.

• Collaborate with clients, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to facilitate smooth cargo movement.

• Keep accurate and current data on the digital platform to update clients regarding their shipments.

• Track shipment progress, proactively addressing any delays or disruptions to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Generate and review all required shipping documentation, including Air Waybills (AWBs), CMRs, Bills of Lading, and other transport-specific documents to fulfill regulatory and client needs.

• Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, providing updates, solutions to challenges, and addressing inquiries.

• Ensure adherence to international shipping regulations and company policies across all transport modes.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancement of supply chain efficiency for clients.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues, enhance service quality, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

• Offer insights and feedback on client operations to help influence supply chain strategies that provide a competitive edge.
