This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ongoing proactive candidate sourcing;

• Advertising job vacancies on various platforms and social media;

• Identifying profiles that align with job requirements;

• Reviewing resumes;

• Initiating contact and outreach to potential candidates;

• Arranging and managing interview schedules;

• Conducting preliminary interviews;

• Creating evaluation reports;

• Maintaining and updating systems and spreadsheets;

• Utilizing recruitment tools, CRM software, Excel, and other technologies that facilitate the selection process.
