This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Launch your agency by providing a wide range of destinations and personalized travel packages that meet your clients' expectations, requirements, and budget.
• Oversee flights, lodging, transportation, and activities requested by clients.
• Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after the travel experience.
• Keep informed about the latest developments and changes in the travel industry.
• Ensure client satisfaction by collaborating effectively with suppliers.
• Previous experience in sales or the travel sector (advantageous).
• General understanding of tourist destinations and booking systems (advantageous).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with digital tools (advantageous).
• Basic knowledge of English (preferable).
• Flexible working hours and the option to work from any location.
