This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Jobstreet, OnlineJobs.ph, Facebook Groups, professional networks, and local recruitment sources.
• Create and manage candidate pipelines to meet future hiring demands.
• Conduct preliminary interviews.
• Assess candidates on their English communication skills, customer service orientation, professionalism, reliability, readiness for remote work, and overall fit within BFG's client-focused culture.
• Present qualified candidates, including their resumes, interview notes, salary expectations, availability, communication evaluations, and recruiter recommendations.
• Arrange interviews with BFG's leadership team.
• Manage follow-up communications.
• Assist in reference checks.
• Keep accurate records of candidate tracking.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in recruiting remote employees.
• Background in recruiting customer service or client-facing professionals.
• Exceptional English communication skills.
• Strong interviewing capabilities.
• Familiarity with online recruitment platforms.
• Ability to operate independently.
• Candidates located in Cebu are preferred.
• Project-based work structure.
• Option A: Fixed project fee plus a bonus for successful placements.
• Option B: Placement fee upon successful hire.
• Additional bonus after 90-day retention period.
• Compensation structure to be discussed based on experience and the proposed recruitment strategy.
