Freelance Swedish Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Organize, prepare, and instruct 45-minute online sessions for corporate clients.

• Provide personalized 1:1 lessons that blend language instruction with individualized coaching.

• Perform needs assessments and evaluate student proficiency levels.

• Develop tailored learning pathways.

• Monitor student progress throughout sessions.

• Establish clear educational objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• C2 proficiency in Swedish.

• A valid teaching certification such as TEFL/CELTA or a relevant university degree.

• Experience in online education and delivering 1:1 coaching or personalized support.

• B2 level or higher in an additional language.

• Proficient in teaching presentation skills, negotiation tactics, business email etiquette, meeting management, and multicultural communication.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Modern laptop or PC equipped with a microphone and camera.

• Must adhere to local freelance/contractor regulations.
