This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Oversee and evaluate brand health, industry developments, competitive positioning, and campaign effectiveness using social listening tools.
• Construct and enhance intricate Boolean queries to derive valuable data.
• Analyze and report on social media metrics across various platforms including Meta, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
• Develop and deliver insightful, data-driven reports that guide marketing, product, and strategic teams.
• Offer strategic guidance rooted in real-time consumer sentiment and social media trends.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of country-specific target markets and cultural nuances.
• 2–3 years of practical experience as a Social Listening Expert, Social Media Analyst, Strategist, or Consumer Insights Analyst.
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and user engagement on each.
• Demonstrated experience with analytics tools such as Brandwatch, Crimson Hexagon, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Synthesio, Talkwalker, Sprout Social, Digimind, Sysomos, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing Boolean queries for in-depth insights.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• A thorough understanding of regional and cultural dynamics influencing social media behavior.
• Native-level proficiency in the Dutch language (essential).
• Professional-level proficiency in English (essential).
