This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Engaging with prospects through social media platforms
• Conducting outbound acquisition utilizing video recordings
• Performing telephone outreach to potential new clients
• Qualifying prospects and assessing their needs
• Communicating via phone with existing contacts in our database
• Organizing, preparing, and following up on appointments for our strategy consultant
• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer interaction – preferably in a B2B setting
• Excellent communication abilities and a confident demeanor
• Passion for initiating contact with prospective customers and engaging in discussions
• Capability to qualify prospects and schedule appropriate appointments
• Self-disciplined, self-motivated, and organized work style
• Quick to learn and adaptable to new processes
• Proficient written German (without errors)
• Strong sense of responsibility, dependability, and teamwork
• Proficient in using digital tools and CRM systems
• Comfortable working under pressure with a focus on achieving targets
