Freelance Recruitment Partner, Japan

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage top-tier candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and various other channels.

• Evaluate, interview, and qualify candidates based on client specifications.

• Collaborate closely with our Service Delivery Team and Managing Director to provide exceptional recruitment solutions.

• Create and nurture talent pipelines across diverse sectors.

• Organize interviews and oversee candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with candidates, becoming their trusted career advisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both Japanese and English (written and spoken).

• Strong understanding of the Japanese talent landscape.

• Capability to source and recruit candidates within Japan.

• Prior experience in recruitment or talent sourcing.

• Experience in international recruitment is highly beneficial.

• Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Responsive, proactive, and focused on delivering results.

• Experience with ATS and recruitment technology is a plus.
