Freelance Recruiter, Teilzeit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Candidates: CV screening, active sourcing, interviews, reporting, and pipeline management

• Communication: Emails, Slack, LinkedIn messaging

• Future perspective: Recruiting strategy and client communication

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German at C2 level and fluent in English

• Available for 15-20 hours per week, partially in the morning and partially in the afternoon

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or personnel and job placement, ideally in SaaS sales

• Familiarity with remote work and the ability to self-organize

• Possess a willingness to learn, transparency, self-reflection, and proactivity as guiding values, along with an optimistic personality
