Freelance Recruiter – iGaming, Betting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, starting from client briefing through to successful placement;

• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their hiring requirements and offer insights into the recruitment market;

• Identify and engage passive candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and various sourcing methods;

• Conduct interviews with candidates to evaluate their experience, motivation, and cultural fit;

• Provide structured recommendations and interview feedback on shortlisted candidates;

• Organize interview processes while ensuring clear communication with both clients and candidates;

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines within the iGaming and Betting sectors;

• Keep abreast of industry trends, talent movements, and competitor actions;

• Ensure accurate maintenance of candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior recruitment experience in the iGaming and/or Betting sectors

• Strong capabilities in headhunting and direct sourcing

• A well-established professional network within the iGaming industry is highly advantageous

• Experience in managing multiple recruitment projects concurrently

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of recruitment initiatives

• Practical experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
