Freelance Recruiter / Headhunter – Design & Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the entire recruitment process from start to finish, primarily focusing on design roles including: UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, and Strategic Designer.

• Actively sourcing both engaged and passive candidates through methods such as direct search and cold outreach.

• Identifying talented designers.

• Evaluating design portfolios through the lens of a recruiter.

• Managing candidates within the Applicant Tracking System (Recruitee).

• Providing shortlists and recommendations for candidates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active sole proprietorship or business entity with the capacity to issue VAT invoices.

• Approximately 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, whether in an agency setting or in-house.

• Strong comprehension of design roles and the capability to assess UX portfolios.

• Proven experience in direct search and cold outreach methodologies.

• Proficient English language skills, with a minimum level of C1.

• Openness to working within a framework collaboration model, approximately 80 PLN per hour.
