This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Explore a variety of channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify and engage exceptional candidates.

• Conduct interviews, evaluate qualifications, and identify the ideal match for specific job positions.

• Collaborate closely with the Jujur.eu team to ensure a seamless recruitment process for your candidates.

• Maintain a consistent pipeline of skilled candidates for upcoming opportunities and foster long-term relationships with them.

• Expertly coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Ensure candidate profiles in our ATS are thoroughly described and regularly updated for future reference.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English (both spoken and written) - this is essential!

• Prior experience in international recruitment (capable of sourcing high-volume/language speakers for roles in Europe, primarily in BPO positions).

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and work autonomously.

• Excellent time management, responsiveness, and organizational skills.

• Possess your own sourcing strategies and leverage your personal network.
