• Engage with multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify and attract exceptional candidates.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate qualifications, and identify the ideal candidates for specific positions.
• Collaborate closely with the Jujur.eu team to ensure a seamless recruitment process for your candidates.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of skilled candidates for future roles and foster enduring relationships with them.
• Expertly coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure candidate profiles in our ATS are well-documented and up-to-date for future reference.
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential!
• Previous experience in international recruitment, particularly sourcing high volumes of language speakers for roles in Europe, primarily in BPO sectors.
• Capability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently.
• Strong time management, responsiveness, and organizational skills.
• Possess your own sourcing strategies and leverage your personal network.
