This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Facilitate the complete recruitment process for home health professionals (RNs, PTs, OTs, and STs)
• Identify candidates via job boards, social media platforms, and community engagement
• Evaluate resumes, perform phone interviews, and determine candidate suitability
• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend staffing requirements and priorities
• Develop and sustain a pool of qualified candidates
• Aid in the onboarding and credentialing procedures
• Engage in hiring events and job fairs (some travel may be necessary)
• Organize and manage a high-volume workload (up to 40 requisitions)
• A college degree is required (or in the process of obtaining one)
• Exceptional organizational abilities and capability to juggle multiple priorities
• Comfort in a dynamic, metrics-focused work environment
• Proficient in technology with experience in Microsoft Office and the capacity to learn ATS systems
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building capabilities
• Self-motivated with a collaborative approach
• Ability to operate independently in a remote setting with a dedicated home office
• Experience in home health or healthcare is mandatory
