This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide daily leadership and coaching to a specialized team of recruiters, ensuring clarity, organization, and consistent performance.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, shadowing opportunities, and feedback reviews to enhance recruiter skill development.
• Assist in the onboarding and growth of new recruiters, emphasizing best practices in sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and hiring execution.
• Drive team dynamics through frequent check-ins, pipeline reviews, and alignment meetings to sustain momentum and accountability.
• Maintain a manageable requisition load, prioritizing or escalating roles to stay connected to recruiting execution.
• Aid recruiters with pipeline strategies, sourcing methods, and candidate engagement approaches.
• Ensure high standards of candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process.
• Oversee the distribution of recruiter workload and pipeline pacing across designated markets.
• Monitor the health of the hiring funnel and identify early risks that may affect hiring timelines.
• Ensure precise documentation and adherence to ATS processes within Ashby, promoting consistency and data integrity.
• Track recruiter performance and funnel metrics, recognizing trends and areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with field leadership and hiring managers to align on labor requirements, market challenges, and hiring priorities.
• Serve as an escalation point for recruiter inquiries, candidate issues, or stakeholder concerns.
• Work in partnership with TA leadership, TA Operations, and Marketing to enhance sourcing strategies, job visibility, and improvements in the recruiting process.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
• 4–6+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume or field recruiting settings.
• Previous experience leading a team of recruiters or acting as a project/team lead.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Capability to balance hands-on recruiting with team leadership responsibilities.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Ashby preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder partnership skills with hiring managers and field leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the assigned region.
