This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, source, and recruit for a variety of positions.

• Actively engage with potential candidates through multiple channels.

• Present job opportunities to attract the interest of candidates.

• Interview and recommend qualified candidates to the Account Manager.

• Maintain communication and follow up with candidates and various internal stakeholders.

• Organize and efficiently manage your own recruitment pipeline.

• Offer guidance and support throughout the recruitment process until the job offer is accepted.

• Utilize various digital marketing channels to enhance your visibility.

• Execute any other recruitment-related tasks that can help broaden your talent pool.
