This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Comprehend the provided job description thoroughly.
• Identify and attract candidates for our clients through database searches, job postings, referrals, and social media networking.
• Evaluate potential candidates based on their experience, certifications, as well as technical and communication skills.
• Oversee the interview process by coordinating with both the client's point-of-contact and candidates during their progression through the interview stages.
• Support selected candidates to ensure they onboard on their agreed-upon joining date.
• Maintain and update the internal candidate database using in-house web-based software.
• Generate periodic reports on the number of jobs posted, responses received, and candidates selected.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Access to a reliable phone, computer, and broadband internet.
• Proven track record in service delivery.
