Freelance Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the recruitment and selection procedures.

• Organize candidate interviews and evaluation processes.

• Supervise the onboarding process for new hires.

• Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and guidelines.

• Contribute to the success of RHF Talentos Unidade-Sinop/MT by fostering excellence in recruitment and talent onboarding.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment and selection.

• Capability to manage several processes at once.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates.

• Familiarity with recruitment tools is essential.

• Experience in remote work environments is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.

• Between 1 and 3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Proficient in assessment, recruitment, people management, candidate selection, as well as possessing proactivity, a sense of urgency, commitment, and talent attraction skills.
