📋 Description

• Oversee recruitment and selection procedures

• Organize candidate interviews and evaluations

• Manage the hiring process

• Work in partnership with internal teams to determine staffing requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment and selection

• Familiarity with recruitment tools

• Must supply your own tools and equipment for the role

• Capability to work independently and remotely (home office)

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

• Experience in active sourcing techniques

• Willingness to work flexible hours

• Interest in a fully commission-based role

• Demonstrated proactivity and organizational skills

• Advantageous: residing in Santa Catarina
