Freelance Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement effective strategies for attracting and recruiting Freelancer candidates

• Design, prepare, and present engaging presentations to prospective Clients

• Create and monitor recruiting metrics and other pertinent data

• Oversee the complete recruitment process to guarantee a positive candidate experience

• Negotiate compensation rates and finalize Freelancer candidates in alignment with Client objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Personal PC or Laptop with Internet access, along with a mobile phone to commence work

• Relevant recruitment experience in the job markets of the US, UK, EU, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Pakistan, India, and/or the Philippines

• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities

• Strong skills in time management and prioritization

• Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities
