Freelance Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Identify, source, and engage potential candidates for Recruitment & Staffing positions through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.

• Conduct screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability, motivation, and cultural alignment.

• Foster relationships with candidates and hiring clients throughout the entire recruitment process.

• Oversee the complete placement process, including job briefings, candidate submissions, interview scheduling, offer management, and follow-up after placements.

• Establish and sustain a dynamic talent pipeline comprised of English-speaking professionals.

• Work collaboratively with the Mercier Consultancy Group team on client briefs, market insights, and recruitment strategies.

• Ensure accurate records in the ATS and adhere to GDPR and data protection regulations.

• Recognize new business opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.

• A valid EU passport is a mandatory requirement.

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a closely related field within the Recruitment & Staffing industry is highly preferred.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with organization, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote setup.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other contemporary sourcing tools is a significant advantage.
