Freelance Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Identify, source, and engage top-tier candidates for Recruitment & Staffing roles utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.

• Perform candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate suitability, motivation, and cultural compatibility.

• Establish and nurture relationships with candidates and hiring clients throughout the recruitment process.

• Oversee the complete placement process, including job briefings, candidate submissions, interview coordination, offer management, and follow-up after placement.

• Create and sustain an active talent pipeline of English-speaking professionals.

• Collaborate with the broader Mercier Consultancy Group team on client briefs, market insights, and recruitment methodologies.

• Keep precise ATS records and ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations.

• Discover new business prospects and contribute to the expansion of the client and candidate portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is crucial for this position.

• A valid EU passport is a mandatory requirement.

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a closely related field within the Recruitment & Staffing sector is highly preferred.

• Proven capability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously with a high level of organization, professionalism, and attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to forge lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.

• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other contemporary sourcing tools is a significant advantage.
