This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract qualified candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

• Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications.

• Conduct preliminary interviews with candidates.

• Align candidates with appropriate job openings.

• Submit qualified candidates via our Recruitment Portal.

• Arrange interview schedules.

• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Develop and oversee your own talent pipeline.

• Adhere to hiring protocols and recruitment best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting.

• Familiarity with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, or personal networks.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Capability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.

• Highly organized and self-driven.

• Basic computer and internet proficiency.

• Proficiency in English communication is preferred.

• Prior experience in recruiting or staffing is advantageous.

• Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice, etc.
