Freelance Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for a variety of assigned positions.

• Identify, evaluate, arrange, and conduct interviews with all potential candidates.

• Perform initial screening interviews via telephone.

• Proactively seek out candidates for available roles utilizing a range of recruitment strategies, including online portals, job postings, social media, databases, referrals, and personal connections.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1-3 years of experience in recruitment.

• Preference for candidates with IT/Engineering recruitment experience.

• Significant experience in sourcing candidates through social networks, research, and personal networking.

• Proficiency in both German and English languages.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
