This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Work closely with management on a daily basis to grasp the current hiring needs for various positions, including RNs, LPNs, Physicians, Medical Directors, Radiologic Technologists, Occupational Therapists, and other clinical/non-clinical roles.
• Leverage your executive search skills and experience in healthcare staffing to pinpoint and engage top talent from both active and passive candidate pools.
• Perform comprehensive candidate evaluations, which encompass skills assessments, background checks, and reference verifications.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and facilitating communication until the onboarding process is complete.
• Develop and sustain a solid pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals across various specialties.
• Remain informed about trends in the U.S. healthcare industry, including compensation analysis and best practices in hiring.
• Function as a brand ambassador, enhancing our reputation as a leading healthcare recruitment partner.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in executive search or permanent staffing, with an emphasis on U.S. healthcare recruitment.
• A demonstrated history of successfully placing candidates in roles such as RN, LPN, Physicians, OT, PT, Medical Director, and other clinical positions.
• Extensive understanding of U.S. healthcare systems, regulations, credentialing, and hiring procedures.
• Outstanding sourcing skills and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems.
• Strong consultative abilities to comprehend client needs and candidate aspirations.
• Thorough understanding of U.S. employment laws and ethical recruitment practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Capability to provide high-volume submissions for W2 positions on a daily or weekly basis.
• Must possess your own job sites or database of U.S. healthcare professionals.
• Must be willing to operate strictly on a commission basis.
• Must be open to working during EST or PST time zones.
• 100% remote work.
