This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and personal networks.

• Assess candidates to ensure alignment with job specifications.

• Perform initial screening and evaluation of candidates.

• Present qualified candidates to the hiring team.

• Collaborate with the team throughout the recruitment journey.

• Maintain communication with candidates until the hiring process concludes.

• Develop a candidate pipeline for ongoing recruitment needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment is essential.

• Having experience in recruiting sales professionals is highly beneficial.

• Exceptional skills in sourcing and screening candidates.

• Must have access to LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment databases, or a well-established candidate network.

• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.

• Capability to work independently.

• Results-driven, with motivation linked to performance-based compensation.
