Freelance Portuguese Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Develop, organize, and deliver 45-minute online lessons tailored for corporate clients.

• Provide individualized private lessons that integrate language instruction with personalized coaching.

• Perform needs assessments and evaluate student proficiency levels.

• Design customized learning trajectories.

• Monitor student advancement throughout lessons.

• Establish clear learning objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• C2 proficiency in Portuguese.

• Possession of a valid teaching certification, such as TEFL/CELTA, or a relevant university degree.

• Prior experience in online education and delivering 1:1 coaching or tailored learning assistance.

• At least B1 level in English.

• Proficient in teaching presentation skills, negotiations, business email etiquette, meeting management, and cross-cultural communication.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• High-speed internet connection.

• Modern laptop or desktop computer equipped with a microphone and camera.

• Must adhere to local freelance/contractor regulations.
