Freelance Online Italian Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Develop, organize, and deliver 45-minute online lessons tailored for corporate clients.

• Provide individualized 1:1 lessons that integrate language instruction with personalized coaching.

• Perform needs assessments and evaluate student proficiency levels.

• Design customized learning pathways for each student.

• Monitor student advancement during lessons and establish clear objectives.

• Conduct online group classes that emphasize active participation and effective communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• C2 proficiency in Italian.

• A valid teaching qualification such as TEFL/CELTA or relevant university degrees.

• Proven experience in online education and delivering personalized coaching or learning assistance.

• A minimum of B1 in English.

• Competence in teaching skills such as presentation techniques, negotiations, business email etiquette, meeting management, and multicultural communication.

• Exceptional communication abilities to effectively engage and educate students.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Modern laptop or desktop computer equipped with a microphone and camera.

• Compliance with local freelance or contractor regulations is required.
