Freelance Online Mandarin Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Design, prepare, and deliver online 45-minute lessons tailored for corporate clients.

• Provide individualized 1:1 lessons that merge language instruction with personalized coaching.

• Perform needs assessments and evaluate student proficiency levels.

• Develop customized learning pathways for each student.

• Monitor student progress throughout the lesson duration.

• Establish clear educational objectives.

• Complete a brief interview with the teacher operations manager followed by a concise onboarding course.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency at C2 Level in Mandarin.

• Possession of a valid teaching certification such as TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent university qualifications.

• Experience in online education and offering personalized coaching or tailored learning support.

• Minimum B1 level proficiency in English.

• Ability to teach presentation skills, negotiation tactics, business email etiquette, meeting management, multicultural communication, and more.

• Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage and instruct students.

• Access to high-speed internet.

• A modern laptop or PC equipped with a microphone and camera.

• Must adhere to local freelance or contractor regulations.
