This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Russia.

📋 Description

• Handling 'Calls for Help' received from the community you are assisting.

• Gaining familiarity with the games you support to effectively address these 'Calls for Help'.

• Staying updated on changes in workflows, policies, and gameplay.

• Developing strong expertise in using various ticketing and social media platforms.

• Thinking creatively to find solutions for daily challenges encountered.

• Assisting with reporting by monitoring data on a form or spreadsheet.

• Providing support to your managers with ad-hoc tasks.

• Achieving Key Performance Indicators such as Productivity, Quality, and Player Satisfaction.

• Enforcing community guidelines and ensuring fair treatment for all players within the game.

• Reporting on any issues or trends identified within the game.

⛳️ Requirements

• A native proficiency in Russian with outstanding oral and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.

• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace.

• Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and independent working skills with minimal supervision.

• Extensive knowledge of gaming-related social media platforms, including Reddit, Facebook, X, and Discord.

• A strong passion for video games.
