• Handling ‘Calls for Help’ from the community you are assisting.
• Gaining familiarity with the games you support to effectively address these ‘Calls for Help’.
• Staying updated with changes in workflows, policies, and gameplay.
• Becoming proficient in using various ticketing and social media platforms.
• Employing creativity to find solutions to daily challenges.
• Aiding in reporting by tracking data on forms or spreadsheets.
• Assisting your managers with various ad-hoc tasks.
• Achieving Key Performance Indicators such as Productivity, Quality, and Player Satisfaction.
• Upholding community guidelines and ensuring fair treatment for all players within the game.
• Reporting any issues or trends observed in the game.
• Native-level proficiency in Russian with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Advanced familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Strong capability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with little supervision.
• In-depth knowledge of gaming-related social media platforms such as Reddit, Facebook, X, and Discord.
• A genuine passion for video games.
