
Freelance Performance Marketer – Social & Google Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Strategize, initiate, and oversee paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
• Convert business objectives into effective media strategies (CAC, ROAS, conversions).
• Continuously enhance campaigns through adjustments in targeting, creatives, bidding, and funnels.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages.
• Discover opportunities for scaling and strategize budget allocation.
• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates).
• Deliver weekly performance reports that include insights and actionable recommendations.
• Establish and manage tracking systems (Pixel, GA4, conversion events).
• Collaborate with the internal team to refine landing pages and optimize conversion flows.
• Identify areas of drop-off and suggest improvements.
• Participate in growth experiments beyond advertisements (retargeting, segmentation, etc.).
• Create a weekly performance dashboard with insights.
• Develop a clear testing roadmap outlining what will be tested and the rationale behind it.
• Achieve measurable enhancements in Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Conversion Rate.
• 2–5+ years of experience in performance marketing (either agency or in-house).
• Demonstrated success in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical abilities (comfortable working with data, not solely focused on creatives).
• Experience in scaling campaigns with substantial budgets (beyond mere small tests).
• Capability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Background in health tech, wellness, or subscription-based products.
• Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and others.
• Basic knowledge of landing page conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• A results-oriented mindset, focusing on outcomes rather than just activities.
• A proactive problem solver who does not wait for instructions.
• Comfortable with challenging assumptions and proposing innovative ideas.
• An effective communicator who can articulate performance insights in straightforward terms.
