Freelance Paid Advertising Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive execution of campaigns on Meta and TikTok, overseeing the entire process from creation to launch while ensuring accurate setup regarding objectives, budgets, targeting, placements, exclusions, and tracking.

• Monitor pacing daily against contracted delivery guarantees (impressions/views), proactively identifying and flagging any risks of under- or over-delivery in a timely manner.

• Adjust budget allocations and modify targeting/placements in real time to safeguard guaranteed numbers when a campaign deviates from its pace.

• Uphold high execution standards, which include conducting campaign QA, performing platform setup checks, and maintaining tracking hygiene.

• Keep an up-to-date tracker of guaranteed versus delivered metrics for all concurrently active brand campaigns.

• Deliver prompt performance updates, reports, and insights tailored to client specifications (weekly/quarterly as necessary).

• Work collaboratively with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Content, Operations) to ensure cohesive delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in managing paid social platforms, primarily Meta, with some exposure to Google and/or TikTok.

• Proven experience with guaranteed delivery campaigns.

• Background in managing multiple simultaneous campaigns for various clients/brands.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to confidently interpret platform data and generate clear insights (Excel/Google Sheets).

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Highly organized, dependable, and capable of executing tasks independently without constant supervision.
