Freelance Paid Advertising Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete execution of campaigns on Meta and TikTok, overseeing everything from setup to launch while ensuring the correct configurations for objectives, budgets, targeting, placements, exclusions, and tracking.

• Monitor daily pacing against contracted delivery guarantees (impressions/views), proactively identifying any risks of under- or over-delivery in a timely manner to facilitate appropriate actions.

• Adjust budget allocations and modify targeting/placements in real-time to safeguard guaranteed metrics when a campaign is not performing as expected.

• Uphold high execution standards, including conducting campaign quality assurance, performing platform setup verifications, and ensuring tracking integrity.

• Keep an updated tracker of guaranteed versus delivered metrics for all concurrently active brand campaigns.

• Deliver timely performance updates, reports, and insights tailored to client specifications (weekly/quarterly as necessary).

• Work in collaboration with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Content, Operations) to guarantee seamless delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in managing paid social platforms, primarily Meta, with additional exposure to Google and/or TikTok.

• Proven experience with guaranteed-delivery campaigns.

• Skilled in managing multiple concurrent campaigns for various clients/brands.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to confidently interpret platform data and generate clear insights (Excel/Google Sheets).

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Well-organized, dependable, and capable of executing tasks with minimal supervision.
