Freelance Norwegian Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop, organize, and instruct 45-minute online lessons tailored for corporate clients.

• Provide individualized 1:1 lessons that integrate language instruction with personalized coaching.

• Perform needs assessments and evaluate student proficiency levels.

• Design customized learning trajectories.

• Monitor student progress throughout lesson sessions.

• Establish clear educational objectives.

• Engage in the CV application review, interview process, and brief onboarding experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• C2 proficiency in Norwegian.

• An accredited teaching certificate such as TEFL/CELTA or relevant university qualifications.

• Proven experience in online teaching and delivering personalized coaching or tailored learning assistance.

• Proficiency of B2 or higher in an additional language.

• Ability to teach presentation skills, negotiation tactics, business email etiquette, meeting management, and multicultural communication.

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage and instruct students.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Modern laptop or PC equipped with a microphone and camera.

• Must adhere to local freelance or contractor regulations.
