Freelance Norwegian Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop, organize, and deliver 45-minute online lessons for corporate clients.

• Provide individualized 1:1 lessons that integrate language instruction with personalized coaching.

• Perform needs assessments and evaluate student proficiency levels.

• Design tailored learning pathways.

• Monitor student progress throughout lesson time.

• Establish clear learning objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• C2 Level proficiency in Norwegian.

• Possession of a valid teaching certificate such as TEFL/CELTA or equivalent university qualifications.

• Experience in online teaching and delivering personalized coaching or learning support.

• Proficiency in an additional language at a B2 level or higher.

• Ability to teach presentation skills, negotiation techniques, business email etiquette, meeting management, and cross-cultural communication.

• Outstanding communication abilities.

• High-speed internet connection.

• Modern laptop or PC equipped with a microphone and camera.

• Compliance with local freelance or contractor regulations.
