Freelance Mandarin Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Develop, organize, and deliver online lessons lasting 45 minutes each for corporate clients.

• Provide individualized 1:1 lessons that integrate language instruction with tailored coaching.

• Perform needs assessments and evaluate student proficiency levels.

• Design customized learning pathways.

• Monitor student progress during lessons.

• Establish clear learning objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• C2 proficiency in Mandarin.

• Possession of a valid teaching certification such as TEFL/CELTA or equivalent university qualifications.

• Experience in online teaching and delivering personalized coaching or tailored learning support.

• Proficiency in additional languages: at least B2 level in another language.

• Comfort in teaching topics such as presentation skills, negotiation tactics, business email etiquette, meeting management, and multicultural communication.

• Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage and instruct students.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Modern laptop or PC equipped with a microphone and camera.

• Must adhere to local freelance or contractor regulations.
