📋 Description

• Manage a diverse, enterprise-level portfolio by balancing workloads effectively.

• Take ownership of the activation, optimization, pacing, and continuous management of programmatic campaigns.

• Analyze campaign performance, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and convert data into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Assist in campaign architecture, audience strategy, and activation planning to ensure campaigns are designed for optimal performance and scalability.

• Convert campaign performance metrics, testing outcomes, and market insights into recommendations that support a wider programmatic strategy and client goals.

• Collaborate with and mentor Associates to guarantee the accurate and timely completion of campaign launches, quality assurance, and optimization tasks.

• Resolve issues related to campaign delivery, tracking, measurement, and platform functionality while working with internal teams to facilitate solutions.

• Promote innovation and testing initiatives by identifying new opportunities, platform capabilities, and optimization strategies that enhance results.

• Work collaboratively across Integrated Media Strategy & Planning, Ad Operations, Data Science & Analytics, Project Management, and other media teams to ensure smooth execution and measurement.

• Utilize automation, AI-driven tools, and process enhancements to boost campaign management efficiency, optimization workflows, and overall team performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of practical experience in programmatic media buying, preferably within an agency setting with enterprise clients.

• Proficiency in activating, optimizing, and managing campaigns using DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Google Ads, and YouTube.

• In-depth knowledge of campaign management, optimization, pacing, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and performance evaluation.

• Experience in supporting large-scale or enterprise clients while juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of transforming performance data into actionable recommendations and business insights.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality results.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to present performance updates and recommendations clearly and confidently.

• A self-motivated mindset with the capability to work independently while positively contributing to the team environment.
