Freelance Influencer, Creator Partnerships Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop lists of influencers for sampling

• Identify and evaluate suitable influencers for various campaigns

• Oversee direct communication with influencers

• Create Brand Guidelines aimed at influencers

• Offer innovative ideas for influencer posting scenarios

• Write and revise outreach notes for influencers

• Execute substantial influencer outreach efforts

• Track responses and proactively send follow-up messages

• Gather and negotiate rates and usage details for each influencer

• Assist and resolve issues related to influencers’ product orders as needed

• Manage creative review materials from influencers

• Prepare client review materials using established templates

• Suggest content modifications upon delivery to clients

• Distribute feedback, links, and codes to influencers as necessary

• Confirm scheduled live dates

• Collect screenshots of live content

• Oversee reporting processes

• Gather screenshots of post analytics and maintain tracking grids

• Conduct sentiment analysis

• Assist in the creation of Wrap Report materials, which include analysis and visuals

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally within an agency environment focused on consumer brands

• In-depth understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, including familiarity with dashboard platforms

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively

• Strong abilities in reporting and presentation, with expertise in Google Sheets and Google Slides

• Highly organized with excellent project management capabilities, able to juggle multiple priorities

• A proactive and flexible mindset, with a passion for learning and staying abreast of industry trends
